Core Labor Requirements Policy Statement

Keiyu Printing Co., Ltd. implements the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work through the following policies.

1. Prohibition of Child Labor and Consideration for Young Workers
   We will not employ children under the minimum age for employment as stipulated by law.
   In addition, we do not allow employees under the age of 18 to engage in night shifts, overtime, or other work that may impair their health.

2. Prohibition of forced labor
   We will not force unfair labor in any form of employment.

3. Elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation
   We respect basic human rights and do not engage in discrimination based on nationality, race, gender, religion, disease, sexual harassment, power harassment, or any other behavior that ignores human rights.

4. Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
   We respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
